Balancing Risk and Returns

Our process: We believe our three funds provide a range of choices from lower risk (in Tower Income Fund and Tower Growth Fund) to high potential return (in Tower Hedge Fund). The funds complement each other allowing an investor that participates in each to have a balanced portfolio.

Tower Income Fund“A conservative income fund” – This fund follows a conservative strategy of investing in a mix of investment grade bonds (Government and Corporate), high quality income trusts and dividend paying blue chip equities.

Tower Growth Fund“A blue-chip growth fund” – This fund follows a growth-oriented strategy that is accomplished through three quantitative screens which identify:

a) companies that have strong fundamentals (like above average growth in revenue, earnings and cash flow as well as high ROE)
b) low multiples (like below average price to sales, to earnings and to cash flow)
c) improving technicals.

Tower Hedge Fund“A derivative-based hedge fund” – This fund utilizes options and derivatives on uncorrelated markets (indexes, currencies and commodities). This quantitatively driven strategy has been in place for 5 years as of June 2007.

With these three funds, investors can create portfolios with the risk/reward profiles tailored to meet their own personal needs and preferences. We report to our clients on a monthly basis and provide quarterly statements.
