Tower Asset Management was established in June 2002 as a performance-oriented investment manager serving investors through it's "Index-Plus" investment strategy that combines its three hedge funds with more traditional equity/bond portfolios that are constructed using various index units.  The company uses quantitative analysis to assist in its investment decisions.
